The annual public meeting will be held at Eccleshall Community Centre and will provide residents with the opportunity to find out more about the work of the Parish Council, ask questions and also meet local Community Group representatives to find out more about what they offer.

ECCLESHALL PARISH COUNCIL – PARISH COMMUNITY FORUM (Annual Parish Meeting) – MAY 11th 2022
The Parish Community Forum was held on Wednesday May 11th 2022 at the Community Centre, Shaws Lane, Eccleshall at 7.30p.m.
1). Present were:-

3). Chairman’s Welcome and Report:
The Chairman welcomed representatives and members of the public to the annual parish meeting.
He noted that printed copies of the annual reports from each of the committees and the annual financial reports are available for attendees to view during the evening and will also be published on the Parish Council website. Copies are appended to the minutes.
4). Reports from Community Organisations:
The report from Eccleshall First Responders was circulated to all members prior to the meeting and printouts available for the public to view.
5). Organisations in attendance:
A wide selection of organisations were in attendance to provide information on their respective groups and each were allocated a table. Members of the public were able to circulate and find out more about their activities.
Parish Council members were available to answer any questions raised by the public and to provide information about the work of the Parish Council.
The upcoming Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations were promoted and programmes were available to the public
Refreshments were served throughout the evening.
