ENHANCEMENT AND PRESERVATION COMMITTEE AGENDA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Enhancements and Preservation Committee will be held on Wednesday 12^th August 2026 at Eccleshall Community Centre, after a meeting of the Planning Committee.

1.      Apologies

2.      To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 3^rd June 2026.

3.      Asset inspections:

• To receive the updated asset inspections sheet and request members to submit any outstanding reports to the Clerk at the earliest opportunity
• To consider re-allocation of some asset inspections due to councillor resignations

4.       Croxton play area:

• To receive any new inspection reports or updates of work arising from previous report

5.      Outdoor Gym spaces:

• To receive any updates

6.      Beech Road Community Park:

• To receive any new inspection reports or updates of work arising from previous report
• To provide an update on the sensory garden project

7.      Pillar Clock:

• To receive and consider the inspection report and approve the preferred option for repair or refurbishment

8.      Elford Heath:

• To consider the draft tree management plan and agree any amendments, considering any feedback received from Staffs Wildlife Trust
• To consider any additional work for maintenance of pool area, to include new signage

9.      Biodiversity enhancements:

• To provide any updates since the last full council meeting

10.   Other planting items:

• Replacement columnar Cherry tree on the Stone Road near the Burgage

11.   Lengthsman Scheme:

• To feedback on recent activity and collate any new work requests
