The updated maintenance schedule was circulated for information prior to the meeting.
- New items:
- FP113 and 115 crop encroachment and broken stile on Cash Lane end of FP 113. The Marshal has suggested who may be responsible for the relevant crop fields. It was resolved to write and request for the paths to be kept clear and for potential support in fixing the stiles.
5). Walks updates:
- It was resolved to approve the reprint copies of individual walks leaflets 4, 6, 7, 9 and 11 at a cost of £38 for each reprint of 200. The walks are held in the library and are still proving popular. Due to a change in the availability of coloured paper, there may be slight changes to the colour schemes but they have been colour matched as closely as possible.
- It was agreed to plan a review of the walks leaflets to check their accuracy. The Clerk will prepare a table of walks for the next meeting to look at allocating walks to volunteers.
- Committee members reviewed the proposed modification order from Staffs County Council to add a length of bridleway and consider if any representations or objections are required. The bridleway starts near Walton on the Stafford Road and ends at the rear of Ladfordfield Industrial Estate. It was agreed that there were no objections or feedback to submit.
