NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Highways and Transport Committee will be held on Wednesday July 1st  2026, Eccleshall Community Centre, following a meeting of the Planning committee.

2.     To elect a Chairman and Vice-Chairman

3.     To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 1st April 2026

4.     Staffs County Council Highways:

  • To receive updates to any ongoing issues and report any new issues

5.     To receive the latest speed indication device reports

6.     Correspondence

  • Resident Correspondence – road safety concerns on Cash Lane and County Councillor response
  • Resident Correspondence – road safety concerns on Stafford Street in relation to increased traffic from current roadwork diversions

7.     Items for next meeting

8.     Date of next meeting – Wednesday October 7th 2026, after a meeting of the Planning Committee
