S.20/06/4127 W – Application not to comply with (to vary) conditions 2 (approved documents and plans) and 16 (fuel types) of Stafford Borough Council planning permission 05/05475/FUL dated 3 February 2006 to increase the height of the emissions stack and to include the use of compost over size as an additional fuel source at the Eccleshall Biomass Facility, Raleigh Hall Industrial Estate, Swynnerton Road, Sturbridge, Stafford.

13/21). Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on January 6th, 2021:-
The minutes, which had been previously circulated, were agreed and will be signed at the earliest opportunity.

20/31767/FUL – Change of use of land to residential. Conversion of existing outbuilding into an annex. Land Opposite To Orchard Cottage Doley Road Eccleshall. Application Withdrawn.
20/33129/HOU – Variation of Condition 2 on application14/21539/HOU. Pershall Lodge Copmere Lane Eccleshall. Approved.
20/32837/TWT – TPO No. 27 of 1976: Quercus spp. (Oak) – Crown Lift up to 6 metres and Crown Reduction of lateral branches by up to 3 metres. 58 Badgers Croft Eccleshall. Split Decision –
6 metres considered excessive, up to 5 metres approved and lateral branch reduction up to 3 metres on property side only.
20/33362/HOU – Construction of proposed single storey rear extension to create orangery, replacement windows and render finish to existing property. 1 Old Hall Lane Mill Meece Stafford. Approved.

20/33455/COU– Change of use of agricultural land to residential use. Land Adjacent 16 The Woodlands, Cold Meece, Stone. It was resolved to object to this application as it would extend the residential curtilage into the countryside outside the current design boundary of the plots.
