You are summoned to attend a meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council, to be held at 7.30pm on Wednesday 21st February 2024 at Eccleshall Community Centre. This will be followed by a meeting of the Planning Committee.

5.     Co-option of Councillor for vacancy in Eccleshall Ward

  • Signing of Declarations of Acceptance of Office and Disclosable Pecuniary & Personal Interest Forms.

  • To approve the recommendation to undertake levelling work to the entrance at Croxton play area
  • To receive an update on the progress of leasing Beech Road play area and approve the recommendation to form a working party in order to progress research, community consultation and development of designs for consideration, to feed into the funding request for S.106 monies and any other required grant applications

  • To accept the Financial report and bank reconciliation to 31st January 2024.

14.  To pass a resolution in accordance with Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1 to  exclude the public and press for discussion of confidential matters relating to parish council involvement in a community resource:

  • To consider a proposal to enter into a partnership arrangement with a local authority in order to jointly deliver a community resource

 

15.  To request any future agenda items and confirm the date and venue for next meeting of the Parish Council –  March 20th 2024, Eccleshall Community Centre, 7.30pm.
