You are summoned to attend a meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council, to be held at 7.30pm on Wednesday 19th November 2025 at Eccleshall Community Centre. This will be followed by a meeting of the Planning Committee.

  1. To provide an update on the events funded by the Borough Council High Street Boost

 

  1. To receive an update on biodiversity actions since the last meeting and approve budget expenditure on bird boxes, subject to confirmation of locations

 

  1. To consider commissioning of a formal badge of honour for all Freedom of the Parish Recipients.

 

10.   To receive the Clerks Report, containing liaison representative updates

  • There was no correspondence received by the date the agenda was issued.

 

12.   To receive the Chairman’s Report

 

13.   Financial Matters:

  • To accept the Financial report and bank reconciliation to 31st October 2025.
  • To approve accounts for payment November 2025
  • Consideration of the opportunity to ‘sponsor a shelf’ at Staffordshire History Centre archives (the location for EPC archive documents), starting from £25

14.   To approve delegation to the Clerk for dealing with items of emergency and payment of accounts until the next Parish Council meeting in consultation with the Chairman and Vice Chairman, in line with the temporary delegations policy

 

15.   To request any future agenda items and confirm the date and venue for the next meeting –  January 21st 2026, Eccleshall Community Centre,  7.30pm.
