You are summoned to attend a meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council, to be held at 7.30pm on Wednesday 17th June 2026 at Offley Hay Village Hall. This will be followed by a meeting of the Planning Committee.

  1. Biodiversity Activities
    • To receive the working group meeting notes from June 1st and receive any updates further to those reported in the Enhancement Committee minutes

 

8. To appoint the internal auditor for the period April 1st 2026 – 31st March 2027

9. To receive any updates from the Community Resilience planning working group and confirm date for the working group meeting

10.   To receive the Clerks Report, containing liaison representative updates

13.   Financial Matters:

  • To accept the Financial report and bank reconciliation to 31st May 2026
  • To approve accounts for payment June 2026
  • To approve adoption of the national agreed HMRC mileage rate in line with contractual obligations, which has increased by 10p to 55p per mile, backdated to claims from 1 April 2026.
  • To approve the costs for printing of the Summer newsletter

14.   To request any future agenda items and confirm the date and venue for the next meeting, the Annual Meeting of the Council  –  July 15th 2026, Broughton Parish Room, 7.30pm.
