You are summoned to attend a meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council, to be held at 7.00pm on Wednesday 15th July 2026 at Broughton Parish Room. This will be followed by a meeting of the Planning Committee.

4.      To approve the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on June 17th 2026

7. Biodiversity Activities

    • To receive any updates on the actions since the last meeting

 

8. To arrange a date for the Resilience Working Group meeting

 

9.      To receive feedback from the Community Showcase and agree the date and venue for the 2027 event

 

10.   To note confirmation that an election for the vacant post has not been requested and start of co-option process

 

11.   To receive the Clerks Report, containing liaison representative updates

 

12.   Correspondence

 

13.   To receive the Chairman’s Report

 

14.   Financial Matters:

  • To accept the Financial report and bank reconciliation to 30th June 2026
  • To approve accounts for payment July 2026

 

15.   To approve delegation to the Clerk for dealing with items of emergency and payment of  accounts until the next Parish Council meeting in consultation with the Chairman and Vice Chairman.

 

16.   To request any future agenda items and confirm the date and venue for the next meeting –  September 16th , Eccleshall Community Centre, 7.30pm.
