24/39761/HOU- Proposed conversion of stables and storage spaces. Woodlands Lower House Farm Lane Sugnall. There were no objections to this application.
24/39724/FUL – Construction of detached dwelling and two detached garages following demolition of existing dairy building. Denham Lodge 47 Stone Road Eccleshall.
Members considered the correspondence received, as listed in 220/24 which raised concerns in relation to the proposal. The application has been called in by Borough Councillor Pert for consideration by full committee. It was resolved to object to this application due to the excessive mass and scale of the property in its current proposed location to the rear of Denham Lodge. Another concern noted is the difficulty of access for construction traffic. Vehicles reversing across the Stone Road to gain access would pose a danger to approaching traffic due to restricted visibility at that point in the road.
24/39726/HOU – Permission to extend dwelling to provide a first floor extension, rear extension and front porch also incorporating the like-for-like demolition and rebuilding of part of the existing ground floor of the dwelling. Outlane Walton Hurst Lane Eccleshall.
