Consideration of infrastructure issues, required improvements and aspirational aims for Eccleshall for use in relation to planning application responses:
The councillors received the updated document with additional suggestions for infrastructure improvements to consider against any potential planning applications. Following discussions in the full council meeting the Clerk will add in key biodiversity actions to be considered against each application, and form part of each planning application response. It was noted that the document will need to be reviewed to agree on the key priorities, to ensure that the most important requirements are put forward and not lost within a long list of suggestions. It maybe that a large piece of infrastructure could be delivered using contributions from a number of developments, pooled together. Members noted it is also vital that infrastructure improvements are specified for delivery within the parish and not used to contribute to a project in another area.

There was no correspondence for consideration.
118/25). Date and venue for next meeting:
Wednesday June 4th, Eccleshall Community Centre, 7.30pm.
