Cllr. Wilkins reported back on the recent residents meeting and strong concerns about the number of proposals in the pipeline for Eccleshall developments and the impact it will have on the area. Residents are looking to the Parish Council for its expertise and support to put forward a strong case against the developments. This draft document is intended to be a starting point to inform a strategy and compile a robust evidence base to use in responding to planning applications. The Clerk will add this to the July agenda to consider the necessary actions required to move it forward.
It was noted that Muller Homes are expected to attend the Planning Committee meeting on the 16th July to present their proposals.
