A meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Planning Committee was held on April 1st 2026, at Eccleshall Community Centre at 7.30pm.

25/41038/HOU – Single storey link extension to join outbuilding to main property and associated works. Internal alterations. Offley Hay Farm House Doley Road. Approved.
25/40865/FUL – Change of use from dwellinghouse to offices for church staff. Trinity Cottage Church Grove Eccleshall. Refused.
26/41657/TWT – TPO 27 1976: Oak (T33) – Lateral reduction of 2-3m to appropriate pruning point and height reduction of 3-4m. Deadwood removal. Central crown clean of epicormic growth. Crown lift of approx 4m from ground level. 60 Badgers Croft Eccleshall. Refused.
25/41480/NOTH – Replace six existing wooden low voltage electricity wood poles with new wooden poles, replace approximately 210m of low voltage overhead conductor with new bunched conductor. Land At Wetwood Stafford. None determined.
