26/41886/FUL – Erection of agricultural livestock and storage building and relocation of field access. Land At Offleybrook Stafford

 

26/42326/HOU – Erection of detached garage in front garden. 16 Newport Road Eccleshall

  • To review and agree the draft documents for infrastructure demands against applications 25/41516/OUT (Bloor, north of Stafford Road, ECC06), 25/41443/OUT (Bellway, Stone Road, ECC02) and 25/41542/OUT (Taylor Wimpey, Shaws Lane, ECC14), for use in the situation where any of the applications have the potential to be recommended for approval
  • To consider Stafford Borough Council’s Local Plan Communication and Engagement Strategy Consultation – 2026 and agree/commence a response for submission (deadline 28 July 2026)
