NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Planning Committee will be held on Wednesday February 2nd, 2022 at 7.30pm, at Eccleshall Community Centre, followed by a meeting of the Enhancements Committee.

21/35126/FUL –  Proposed planning application for a slurry lagoon, measuring 25m x 25m with a depth of 3.5m and 1m freeboard . Slindon House Farm And Guest House Slindon Road Slindon.

22/35462/FUL – Works to include additional operational floor space at ground floor level; roof and other exterior alterations; single storey rear extension; and the creation of 6no bedroom accommodation at first floor level. In conjunction with 21/35394/LBC. Badenhall, The Clubhouse Swynnerton Road Sturbridge.

A meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Planning Committee was held on February 2nd 2022, at Eccleshall Community Centre, at 7.35pm.

15/22).    To approve the minutes of the Planning Committee held on 19 January, 2022:

The minutes, which had been previously circulated, were agreed and signed.

16/22).     Planning Decisions of Stafford Borough Council:

21/34874/FUL – Works to include additional operational floor space at ground floor level; roof and other exterior alterations; single storey rear extension; and the creation of 6no bedroom accommodation at  first floor level. Badenhall, The Clubhouse Swynnerton Road Sturbridge. Application Withdrawn.

21/35042/HOU – Proposed detached garage. Appledene Slindon Road Slindon. Approved.

21/35012/HOU – Alterations to rear extension and porch. Chatcull House, Chatcull Lane Chatcull. Approved.

17/22)     Planning Applications for consideration:-

In conjunction with 21/35394/LBC. Badenhall, The Clubhouse Swynnerton Road Sturbridge. This application was noted to have been withdrawn.

18/22).    To consider any further applications:-

21/35027/FUL – Amended Application. Conversion of existing barn into one bedroomed dwelling. Yew Tree Farm House Barn Wootton Lane Eccleshall Stafford Staffordshire ST21 6JF. The plans now fit within the footprint of the original barn, so there were no objections to this amended application.
