ECCLESHALL PARISH COUNCIL – PLANNING COMMITTEE MINUTES, April 20th 2022

 

A meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Planning Committee was held on April 20th 2022, at Broughton Parish Rooms at 9.20 pm following the Parish Council meeting.

67/22).    To approve the minutes of the Planning Committee held on 6th April 2022:

The minutes, which had been previously circulated, were agreed and will be signed at the earliest opportunity.

68/22).    Planning Decisions of Stafford Borough Council:

19/31477/FUL – Change of use of ground floor from bank (E(c))to restaurant (E(b)) and change of use of upper floors to three residential apartments (C3).13 High Street Eccleshall Stafford ST21 6BW. Approved.

69/22)     Planning Applications for consideration:-

Cllr.  P. Jones abstained from voting on planning applications to avoid any conflict of interests as a current member of the Borough Council planning committee.
