ECCLESHALL PARISH COUNCIL – PLANNING COMMITTEE MINUTES – June 22nd 2022

A meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Planning Committee was held on June 22nd  2022, at Offley Hay Village Hall at 8.45pm following the Annual Parish Council meeting.

22/35548/HOU – Single storey side and rear extension. Proposed open porch to front. 33 The Crescent Eccleshall Stafford. Approved.

 

21/35224/HOU – Conversion of existing garage loft space into ancillary occasional

guest / relative accommodation (bedroom / living space and shower room).

Lilac Cottage Lane To Elford Heath. Approved.

 

112/22)    Planning Applications for consideration:-

Cllr.  P. Jones abstained from voting on planning applications to avoid any conflict of interests as a current member of the Borough Council planning committee.
