20/33129/HOU – Variation of Condition 2 on application14/21539/HOU. (condition = to slightly increase the size of the approved replacement garage from 2 bays to 3 bays. To replace the approved drawing 13001-P-22 Rev D with 13001-P22 Rev G. Pershall Lodge, Copmere Lane, Eccleshall.
20/33202/HOU – Proposed two storey extension and single storey orangery extension to rear, external and internal alterations; proposed detached oak framed garage and alterations to existing access and parking area. Prospect Farm Sytch Lane Slindon.

20/31881/TCA – Eccleshall Conservation Area – Remove 6 x Conifers. 9 Horsefair Eccleshall. Approved.
20/33172/TCA – Eccleshall Conservation Area: 2 x Betula spp. (Silver Birch) – Fell. 52 High Street Eccleshall. Approved.
20/33122/TCA – Eccleshall Conservation Area: T1, Acer spp – Remove reversion growth; T2 + T3, Taxus spp. (Yew) – remove branches on wall; Cupressus spp. (Leyland Cypress) – reduce by 30%. 5 Horsefair Eccleshall. Approved.

The Clerk reported there has still been no response from Bovis regarding either the location of the Eagle street art and the proposed landscaping or the concerns about the unsuitability of the gravelled paths on the development, where the surface gravel washes away during heavy rains. Cllr. P. Jones has contacted the planning officer to confirm what path surface was detailed on the approved plans. Councillors noted that alternative locations for the street art may need to be considered.
