ECCLESHALL PARISH COUNCIL – PLANNING COMMITTEE MINUTES

 November 22nd 2023

 

A meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Planning Committee was held on November 222nd 2023, at Eccleshall Parish Council at 8.25pm following the Parish Council meeting.

217/23).  To approve the minutes of the Planning Committee held on 8th November 2023:

218/23).   Planning Decisions of Stafford Borough Council:

 

23/37715/HOU- Proposed two storey and single storey rear extension and external insulation render finish and brick plinth. Mistletoe Cottage Blackwaters Road Offley Hay. Approved.

 

21/35186/FUL – Variation on condition on 20/32451/FUL. Holly Barn Blackwaters Road Offley Hay. Application Withdrawn.

 

22/36653/FUL – Proposed detached timber framed canopy to the rear window and door alterations and new side gates; including associated works including re-painting of existing signage (in conjunction with 22/36652/LBC). The Bell Inn High Street Eccleshall. Approved.

221/23).  Any Other Planning Matters: –

Cllr. Reid advised that the Borough Council wish to meet with the Parish Council to talk about the Local Plan and find out more about the needs of the community and potential options that could be considered. It was agreed that members would benefit from time to review the Preferred Options and associated documentation and discuss as a group before meeting with the Borough Council. It was agreed to add the item to the January agenda.
