A member raised a query with regards to advertising banners on cheshire railings near to Holy Trinity Church and whether there are restrictions due to location within a conservation area County restrictions relating to advertising adjacent to a highway. It was noted that it is likely the railings are privately owned. It was resolved to add this to the upcoming County Highways meeting agenda to ask.
