A meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Planning Committee was held on October 4^th, 2023, at Eccleshall Community Centre at 7.35pm

185/23).  To approve the minutes of the Planning Committee held on 20^th September 2023:

The minutes, which had been previously circulated, were agreed and signed.

186/23).  Planning Decisions of Stafford Borough Council:

23/37884/HOU – Proposed re-roofing, re-rendering (render and facing brickwork) window alterations and new entrance porch area; includes principle elevation. Yew Trees Eccleshall Road Woodseaves. Approved.

187/23)   Planning Applications for consideration:-

S.18/12/467 W – (1) Consolidation of the existing permitted open windrow composting operations including all development permitted by planning permission S.13/22/467 W but excluding all elements related to Anaerobic Digestion;

(2) Removal of steelwork for the partly built Anaerobic Digester building;

(3) Erection of a new building for the operation of a shredder within;

(4) Construction of a concrete storage area around the shredder building;

(5) Retrospective planning permission for the importation of wood waste for shredding, composting and milling in the permitted milling building;

(6) Retention of the existing permitted milling building; and,

(7) Retrospective planning permission for the addition of a dust extraction unit on the northern side of the milling building at Mill Farm, Stone Road, Chebsey ST21 6NX.

There were no objections to this application.

23/38035/HOU – Retrospective application for new boundary treatments forward of the front elevation and fronting the highway. Briarwood Pershall Lane Eccleshall. There were no objections to this application.
