A meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Planning Committee was held on March 6^th 2024, at Eccleshall Parish Council at 7.30pm.

Apologies were received from Councillors Hill, Hall, Ryan-Bloor and Wilkins. Councillor Kean was absent.

There was no public participation.

  51/24).  To approve the minutes of the Planning Committee held on 21^st February 2024

The minutes, which had been previously circulated, were agreed and signed.

23/38450/HOU – Proposed single storey rear house extension. 11 Spring Hollow Eccleshall. Approved.

24/38611/PAR – Prior Approval – Change of use from agricultural building to dwelling.

Cutleythorn Lodge Main Road Croxton. Refused.

24/38760/NOTH – Replace 2 spans of open wire conductor with bunched ABC

conductor totalling 100m. Borehole Pumping Station Ginger Lane Croxton. Approved.

53/24)   Planning Applications for consideration:-

24/38703/HOU- New open sided porch to the main entrance door of the home. The Steading Swynnerton Road Sturbridge. There were no objections to this application.

24/38682/HOU – Proposed extensions with external and internal alterations. Oaklands Wootton Lane Eccleshall. There were no objections to this application.

24/38674/HOU/ 24/38675/LBC – Single-storey rear extension with internal alteration. 63 High Street Eccleshall. There were no objections to this application.

23/38475/HOU – The erection of a two-storey side extension, single-storey glazed link extension and associated remodelling works to the existing property at The Mount. The Mount Aspley Lane Slindon. There were no objections to this application.

24/38712/HOU – Proposed detached double garage/workshop. Spa House Blackwaters Road Offley Hay. There were no objections to this application, with the stipulation that a condition be imposed to ensure that the building will not be converted to a new dwelling in the countryside.
