A meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Planning Committee was held on June 5th 2024, at Eccleshall Community Centre at 7.30pm.

Apologies were received from Councillors Perren, Feneysey, Ryan-Bloor, Kean, Hill, Reid and Taylor.

120/24). To approve the minutes of the Planning Committee held on 15th May 2024
The minutes, which had been previously circulated, were agreed and signed.

23/37626/TCA – Eccleshall Conservation Area: Large Beech – Full dismantle.

Cllr. Jones abstained from voting on planning applications to avoid any conflict of interests due to duties within Stafford Borough Council.
24/39114/FUL – Proposed single storey rear extension and link to outbuilding to form additional dental surgery and staff room. Eccleshall Dental Practice 6 Castle Street Eccleshall. There were no objections to this application. It was however noted that additional storm and foul waters disposal need to be shown so this does not impact on flood levels locally.
