JULY 3rd 2024

A meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Planning Committee was held on July 3rd 2024, at Eccleshall Community Centre at 8.05pm.

Apologies were received from Councillors Wilkins, Ryan-Bloor and Mifflin. Councillor Kean was absent.

 141/24).  Declarations of Interest and Councillor requests for dispensation relating to items on the agenda:

There were no requests to receive, and no declarations of interest were made.

There was no public participation.

 143/24).  To approve the minutes of the Planning Committee held on 19th June 2024

The minutes, which had been previously circulated, were agreed and signed.

 144/24).  Planning Decisions of Stafford Borough Council:

24/38972/TCA– Eccleshall Conservation Area: 5 x Pine – Removal. Eccleshall Castle Castle Street Eccleshall. Approved.

145/24)   Planning Applications for consideration:-

Cllrs. Jones and Reid abstained from voting on planning applications to avoid any conflict of interests due to duties within Stafford Borough Council.

24/39232/HOU – New double garage with conservatory and office at first floor. 9 Horsefair Eccleshall. There were no objections to this application.
