- It was noted that a resident of Castle Mews has been in contact with a councillor to obtain details for the developers on Castle street as they have concerns to raise with them.
- A resident has advised a councillor that surveyors were observed on land to the rear of Sancerre Grange.
208/24). Correspondence:-
- Members received the correspondence from the ‘Rural Housing Enabler’ in Staffordshire, working for Support Staffordshire. The role offers support to local rural communities in relation to potential housing requirements (affordable rural housing), such as support with housing needs surveys. It was noted that if rural exception sites were identified, these areas allow for more input from local councils in their development. Members noted that at present any sites would be outside of the settlement boundary and would need good transport links to avoid the creation of an isolated community. As there is no current activity that would be relevant, the details will be retained for use when the opportunity arises. It was agreed that Cllr. Reid would find out the current waiting list numbers for social housing within the parish.
