A meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Planning Committee was held on January 8th 2025, at Eccleshall Community Centre at 7.30pm.

The minutes, which had been previously circulated, were agreed and signed.

Approved.
24/40015/T5N – TPO 27 1976: Ash – Remove. 55 Badgers Croft Eccleshall. Approved.
24/39702/TWT – TPO 47 1976: Ash – Reduce by 1/3 up to 3m. Reason – Tree is
showing signs of Ash dieback with the top 1/3 dead. Tall Trees 18 Stafford Road Eccleshall. Approved.
24/39726/HOU – Permission to extend dwelling to provide a first floor extension, rear extension and front porch also incorporating the like-for-like demolition and rebuilding of part of the existing ground floor of the dwelling. Outlane Walton Hurst Lane Eccleshall. Approved.

07/25) Planning Applications for consideration:-
Cllr. Reid abstained from voting on planning applications to avoid any conflict of interests due to duties within Stafford Borough Council.
24/39755/FUL – The erection of a cattle building, and associated hard standing, and landscaping to provide additional cattle accommodation. New House Farm Arn Hill Croxton. There were no objections to this application. However, it resolved to request that while the construction is taking place it is a condition that debris and materials from vehicles being used in connection with the work and activity on Cutleyhorn Lane is cleaned up and any damage incurred to verges and fabric is made good. Cutleyhorn Lane is a ‘Green Lane’ of limited width for large vehicles.
