 April 17th 2024

A meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Planning Committee was held on April 17th 2024, at Eccleshall Community Centre at 9.45pm following the Parish Council meeting.

 81/24).   Present were: –

 85/24).  To approve the minutes of the Planning Committee held on 3rd April 2024:

The minutes, which had been previously circulated, were agreed and signed.

 86/24).   Planning Decisions of Stafford Borough Council:

23/38198/HOU – Alterations to existing detached garage to create office space above.

The Hollies Garmelow Lane Elford Heath. Refused.

87/24).   Planning Applications for consideration:-

Cllrs. Reid and Jones abstained from voting on planning applications to avoid any conflict of interests due to duties within Stafford Borough Council.

23/37546/FUL – Amended Application. Oak Tree Views  Newcastle Road Eccleshall. It was noted the proposal has reduced in size, so in line with the previous response, There were no objections to this application.

Members noted they have had sight of a map on social media with suggested future solar farm proposals which shows potential sites in the local area, including one in the parish.
