ECCLESHALL PARISH COUNCIL – PLANNING COMMITTEE MINUTES

 June 19th 2024

 

A meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Planning Committee was held on June 19th 2024, at Offley Hay Village Hall at 9.25pm following the Parish Council meeting.

Apologies were received from Councillors Gosling, Perren, Wilkins, Hall and Mifflin.

The minutes, which had been previously circulated, were agreed and signed.

There were no decisions made since the last meeting.

 134/24).  Planning Applications for consideration:-

Cllrs. Reid and Jones abstained from voting on planning applications to avoid any conflict of interests due to duties within Stafford Borough Council.

23/37594/FUL– Revised application (to include four parking spaces) – demolition of existing dilapidated buildings and the erection of a single dwelling. 35A High Street Eccleshall.

There were no objections to this application as a result of the reinstatement of the four parking spaces, which will be reiterated in the response to the Borough Council.
