A meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Planning Committee was held on April 22^nd, 2021 online via Zoom videoconferencing, following the Parish Council meeting at 9.15pm.

The minutes, which had been previously circulated, were agreed and will be signed at the earliest opportunity.

71/21).        Planning Decisions of Stafford Borough Council: –

20/32780/TCA – Eccleshall Conservation Area: 1 x Cyprus Tree – Fell,

7 Gaol Butts Eccleshall. Approved.

20/33487/HOU – Provision of bifolding doors to dining room and repositioning of main

entrance with replacement of window to front elevation. Replace the

existing external doors to dining room (without existing side windows)

to sit within the current aperture. Green Bank, Pershall Lane, Eccleshall. Approved.

20/33339/FUL – Proposed telecommunications installation. Proposed 15.0m high

HEL ALPHA8_V2 Pole on new root foundation and associated

ancillary works. Land South East of Gratewood Barn, Offleybrook

Road, Offleybrook. Approved     

72/21).       Planning Applications for consideration: –

Cllr. P. Jones abstained from voting on planning applications in order to avoid any conflict of interests as a current member of the Borough Council planning committee.

21/33901/FUL – Change of use of land to increase size of cricket pitch with new boundary fencing and replacement of existing fencing. Eccleshall Cricket Club, Chester Road, Eccleshall. There were no objections to this application.

21/33905/FUL – Extension, internal and external alterations to former Police Station to provide new    office accommodation and potential storage/workshop area. Police Station, Stone Road, Eccleshall.

There were no objections to this application.

21/33971/FUL – Retrospective application for the retention of lambing shed/agricultural storage buildings constructed to replace derelict farm buildings. Villa Farm, Well Lane, High Offley. There were no objections to this application.
