NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of Eccleshall Parish Council Traffic Management Committee will be held on Wednesday January 8th 2025, Eccleshall Community Centre, following a meeting of the Planning committee.

 

1.     Apologies

 

2.     To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday October 2nd 2024

 

3.     To provide any updates from the working group in relation to the project to build a vision for our town centre, to include opportunities for provision of additional parking

 

4.     Staffs County Council Highways:

  • To receive an update on the actions raised in the highways meeting on the 13th November

 

5.     Correspondence

  • No correspondence was received by the date the agenda was issued

 

6.     To consider the draft parking survey letter for circulation to businesses/residents and general publication

 

7.     Items for next meeting
