Residents set up the Eccleshall Community Support Register
Help for those self-isolating because of Coronavirus
A register has been brought together of local Eccleshall residents keen to offer assistance to those who are self-isolating. This may be a very challenging time for some, and they are here to help. You may need supplies brought to your door, a meal, or other kinds of help.
To request a copy of the register with the names and contact details of local people happy to help, please e-mail cheethamwilkinson@yahoo.com or contact admin through the ‘Eccleshall Today’ Facebook group. If you do not have access to e-mail, please call 07528 007872 and we will deliver a copy.
If you are in a lower-risk group and would like to be added to the register, please e-mail the above with your name, phone number, and ways in which you can offer support.
To note:
The register contains contact details of local people who have volunteered to offer non-contact help and support to those who may be struggling due to issues related to the Coronavirus outbreak. The people on this register are not offering medical support.
Be aware that the list contains only contact details of private individuals and not trained professionals or experts in a community care capacity. All the people on this list have volunteered as concerned local people in support of our community and its residents, so please do treat everybody on the list with understanding, sensitivity and respect.
There is no guarantee that the people on this list will be available exactly when you need for what you need, but we will try our best.
The people on this list are representing themselves as members of the Eccleshall community. While we are confident that our community are all acting with good intention it must be stressed that individuals on the list are not employed by or working on behalf of Eccleshall Today or any of the people responsible for drawing this list together, and do not represent a professional organisation, religious community or and formal or official body.
Due diligence should be taken when dealing with members of the public who you do not know.
