Volunteers wanted to remove town floral displays
Members of the Ecclian Society shall be removing the baskets and mangers on Sunday, October 16th. If you can spare some time to help please meet outside The Old Fire Station on the High Street at 10am.
As many able-bodied volunteers as possible are required. There are many jobs that do not involve lifting baskets or mangers so it is not a problem if you can’t do any heavy lifting.
Ladders, wheelbarrows, gloves, nail bars (often called wrecking bars) or wooden stales (to loosen the compost), brushes and shovels will also be required.
Refreshments will be provided as usual.
We hope you can help.
